## Pricing

Hourly rates start at $150/hour and include the western structures and 5-acre exterior. Cast and crew above 6 add an hourly surcharge (about +$25/hr at 19 people, +$50/hr at 35). Main Home or Guest Home is +$50/hour each for green rooms, kitchens, and restrooms. Overnight lodging uses vacation nightly rates (from $699/night) plus 12% TOT. Cleaning is $200 per shoot day for the town, plus $200 per rented home. $70 insurance processing fee.

**Minimums:** 5 hours Sunday–Thursday. Friday and Saturday are a two-day weekend block with an 8-hour minimum each day.

## Production notes

- **Light:** Town faces north — even daylight, evening golden hour. Saloon has north- and west-facing windows.
- **Power:** Dedicated sub-panel and outlets throughout the set. Generators allowed with prior approval.
- **Access:** Dirt-road approach. No loading dock. Share truck/trailer sizes in the inquiry.
- **Facilities:** One restroom in the Saloon. Each rented home adds bedrooms, baths, and a kitchen (Main Home: king, queen, 2 twins; Guest Farmhouse: three queens). Jail bunks and the bank sofa-bed are also on the set. Porta-potties recommended for larger crews.
- **Props:** Interiors are period-dressed. No extra props or set dressing supplied.
- **Insurance:** COI required (GL + property damage), Old West Temecula additional insured.
- **Permits:** Prior shoots have typically proceeded without a City of Temecula film permit; confirm with the relevant film office for your production.
- **Restrictions:** Quiet hours 9:00 PM. Drones OK if compliant. Stunts, fire, and modifications need written approval.
