Cell phone reception- Cell phone reception is poor in the area and varies based on provider. Enable WiFi calling for best results.
Internet WiFi- Each home is equipped with its own dedicated satellite internet for streaming movies and video with good signal.
Noise Restrictions- This property falls under Riverside County jurisdiction, which has strict noise ordinances after 10pm. We ask that all festivities conclude by 9:30 pm in compliance with noise restrictions and in courtesy to neighbors, and require all daytime guests in excess of the specified overnight occupants to vacate the property.
Parking- All vehicles must park on the property and no vehicles shall be parked in the street. Vehicles parked in the street are subject to being towed at owners expense.
Damage Insurance- A $70 damage-insurance premium is required to cover accidental damage.
No Pets, No Smoking- No pets or smoking allowed on premises.
